Hi, I’m Natalie, a Certified Life Coach specializing in grief and loss, serving the Tri-Cities area from my office in Richland, WA.

I support teens, adults, and families who are navigating grief, loss, and life’s most difficult transitions.

My background includes a Master’s in Education, nearly 20 years in education, and eight years in hospice care, where I walked alongside individuals and families during end-of-life journeys. These roles have shaped how I support others—with compassion, patience, and deep respect for each person’s unique path.

In our work together, you’ll have a space where you can talk openly, feel understood, and not have to carry everything on your own. There’s no pressure to “move on” or have it all figured out. Instead, we focus on gently processing what you’re going through and finding a way forward that feels right for you.

My approach is grounded, practical, and supportive. Faith-informed support is available for those who want it, offering an added layer of meaning and hope—but it’s always led by your comfort and preferences.
