Additional Grief Support
Coaching For Other Painful Losses
Grief shows up in many forms. Supporting individuals navigating grief that doesn’t always involve the death of a loved one, is available. This includes the deep sorrow that can come from pet loss, the ending of significant relationships, job loss, estrangement, or other life transitions that leave us feeling lost or heartbroken.
Together we can walk through:
-
Processing the unique emotions that come with non-death losses
-
Finding ways to honor what (or who) was lost
-
Healing from complicated or ambiguous grief
-
Rebuilding a sense of meaning, identity, and hope after the loss
-
Creating gentle rituals or new ways to carry the grief forward
Support is available for anyone carrying grief that feels overlooked or hard to explain to others.
